7:25 am: The waves look a little bit smaller as we start out your Wednesday. The surf is shin to knee high looking at first look this morning, Semi-glassy surface conditions early with offshore winds. On the local St. Augustine Buoy the wave height measurements is 2.3 feet at 13 seconds changed from yesterdays 2.3 feet at 14 seconds.
