7:20 am: The wave size is starting out small but expect big changes today. The waves look about knee high angled form the N early this morning. The form is fair to poor with the surface conditions semi-choppy to choppy with brisk sideoffshore NNW winds early. On the local St. Augustine Buoy the wave height measurement is 4.6 feet at 5 seconds up from yesterdays 2.6 feet at 6 seconds. The marine forecast calls for the wind to be NE @ 20-25 knots. Our live cam page is here with a closer up look here: Surf Station Surf Cam. On the Surf Station Weather Station you can see the wind direction and speed on our live wind meter: check it out here.
