7:00 am: Much colder at the beach this morning. Wave height is thigh to waist high, occasionally a little larger, with very chilly NW winds @ 10-12 knots. The marine forecast is calling for increasing N winds today. On the local St. Augustine Buoy the early wave height reading is 5.2 feet at 6 seconds changed from yesterdays 4.3 feet at 13 seconds See the hourly wind here and ‘up to the minute’ wind on the Surf Station Weather Station here).
