Friday:
7:15 am: The waves are on the increase with strong NE winds so now choppy waves. Wave height looks thigh to waist and on the increase. The wind is strong NNE @ 20-25 knots. On the local St. Augustine Buoy the early wave height reading is 7.2 feet @7 seconds up from yesterday 2.3 feet at 11 seconds. The marine forecast is calling for strong NE winds today. 8:00 am: Looking quite choppy as the NE winds blow. Super breezy with strong side onshores…

12:00 pm: Wave height is in the waist to rib high range out there as the surf increases, its a bit of a washing machine out there at the moment with strong NNE winds and a fairly strong drift coming from the N. there are some good looking, cleaner faces coming through on the inside but difficult to track one down.
