6:35 am: Cloudy, with smaller surf starting out the day. Still some swell left. Glassy early, with light SW winds. Wave size 1-2 feet. The marine forecast calls for a SSE seabreeze this afternoon . On the local buoy the early morning wave height measurement is 3.0 feet at 9 seconds down from yesterdays 3.9 feet at 10 seconds. You can see several surf spots on one page live here. 7:45 am: Early morning photos are up in box #1 and you can see the waves are smaller. The sunrise was great but the waves are looking about knee to thigh high early, around sunrise. There is still swell on the local buoy, so maybe we will see an uptick as the tide pushes in this morning? Less sunburn with the cloudy skies…

1:05 pm: You afternoon surf report has late morning photos (see box #2) from Crescent Beach where we are putting on a surf camp. You can see the waves are now smaller than it has been. It;’s the same up in St. Augustine Beach too. The buoy heights are dropping offshore and so is the surf along the beach. The wind is still offshore so clean at report time, but that will likely change as the afternoon goes on…
