6:35 am: The wind has shifted back offshore early this morning. The wave size early looks 1.5 to 2.5 feet, occasionally 3 feet. The surface conditions are semi-glassy with the wind back offshore early this morning. The marine forecast calls for the wind to shift back onshore later today. On the local St. Augustine Buoy the early wave height measurements is 4.3 feet at 9 seconds down from yesterdays 5.6 feet at 8 seconds.
