6:55 am: The wind has shifted back onshore NE and is on the increase. So choppy surf. The wave size early looks 1.5 to 2.5 feet and slowly increasing . The surface conditions are choppy & the marine forecast calls for brisk NE winds today . On the local St. Augustine Buoy the early wave height measurements is 4.6 feet at 6 seconds up in size from yesterdays 2.6 feet at 8 seconds .
