Friday 3/31/23

7:15 am: The surf is similar in size than this time yesterday. Semi-glassy 1.5-2 feet, occasionally a little larger. The wind is ESE @ 4-5 knots early with the marine forecast calling for increased SE winds today. On the local buoy the early morning wave height measurement is 3.3 feet at 8 seconds down from yesterdays 3.9 feet @ 9 seconds . You can see several surf spots on one page live, here. 7:55 am: Early morning photos are up in box #1 and you can see it’s semi-glassy early. You have to wait around for a bit, but there are some set waves pushing in over waist high on occasion. Looks smaller in between, but again, the sets are there. Some spots will be better than others as the tide drops this morning.

11:30 am: New mid morning photos are up in box #2 and you can see there are some sneak fun looking waves at times. Not very consistent and at times not looking so good but other times it does. Hard to find a good low tide spot, but they are out there …
