Step 2. – Submit Your Order

After you have filled out the Custom Order Form above, submit your order to us via one of the options below.

Please make sure that all important contact information is filled out correctly. It is very important that we contact you before we process your order.

Step 3. – Finalize Your Order

After receiving your order, one of our board professionals will contact you withing 48 hours to finalize all the details with you before submitting the order to the manufacturer. Any questions or concerns will be addressed at this time to ensure that you get exactly what you want. You will be fully informed of the entire custom order process.

Step 4. – Wait for Board to be Shaped

This is the part where you have to actually wait for your board to get shaped, glassed and shipped. This is probably the most annoying step of the process, but at least you can head over to the message board and brag to everyone about your new custom board. You’ll even be updated with a shipping/tracking number so you can eagerly verify your boards location.
