Travels: mexico, hawaii, costa rica, puerto rico, ireland, california….and some other east coast places.

Training: I go to the gym twice a day…..my personal trainer keeps me in shape and makes sure I stay plugged in with my strict diet….. the yoga classes  are really keeping me physically and mentally balanced. namaste.
