hey camp1,
didn’t see your question until just now. you’re spot-on about the wind being a concern. it will be sizeable down south sat afternoon through sunday, and the rotation to a more northerly component should hold off until sunday morning. hope you figured this out and are headed down -95 sat morning. catch a few for me…

I found the same thing when I rode my Rubble. The rails are slightly pinched so it helped the board hold in some carving turns. Mine had fixed fins so it had great release in the pocket!

What do I think? The best place to surf in the world for consistant world class waves on the island with the best surf, on the best spot, on the best direction, with only four guys out, on a perfect day? I really don’t think my opinion matters, but in a word Perfect. Gabe buddy if ya don’t remember that day in fifty ya been hitn’ da pipe, and no not the good “Pipe” either.

This front ain’t gonna do it for PR next weekend. If you can go during the work week, there should be a sizeable NE/ENE high pressure swell building by the middle of next week.
